YWAM Copenhagen is a vibrant community that has been working on its current projects and ministries since 2012. We have a heart to see revival in our city, for God to move in people’s lives, and to do life together with close fellowship, whether we’re staff, volunteers, or just someone who has an interest in the activities here at YWAM Copenhagen. Our work here is multi-faceted and includes ministries in discipleship, prayer and worship, seminars, and fun, open community gatherings!
SOLI DEO GLORIA
God has given us the opportunity to rent a building called Soli Deo Gloria in the heart of the city of Copenhagen. Right now we use it as a location to gather people, to pray and worship, and receive outreach teams. We have many dreams for the future and God has spoken that the place will be a lighthouse for the city. We have established a prayer and worship community here and we are planning to start a YWAM café. We also want to see a DTS established in the city. Plus so much more!
We have a prayer room in the house that is open for the whole city. This is a place completely devoted to God’s presence and seeking His face, praying for Copenhagen, Denmark and the nations.
PRAYER ROOM
YWAM NIGHTS
On a bimonthly basis we meet for fellowship, worship, and an encouraging word. YWAM Night is a time to get together as a community and a great opportunity for new people to connect with YWAM Copenhagen. There is always a great atmosphere and cake!
Every Monday night we meet from 19:00 to 21:00 in Soli Deo Gloria to worship and pray. It’s a time where we draw close to God and our passion and fire for Jesus is stirred up. We seek His presence and invite other people in to it. You can come and sing your heart out to God, pray on your knees, or sit with your Bible and journal. Come for a night where we worship Jesus and enjoy His presence. We are working on building a community of prayer and worship so we will have more of these gatherings weekly.
