How You Can Financially Support the Beauty for Ashes Ministry
We are looking for individuals who would like to support the Beauty for Ashes house through regular monthly giving or a one-time donation. It costs approximately DKK 14,000 per month to provide shelter, food, clean water, education, and skills training for six women.
Shelter, food, and clean water
We rent a house in Zomba, Malawi, where the women can live in safety until they are able to support themselves—without resorting to prostitution to survive. Some of these women are also mothers and need to provide for their children.
Education and skills development
We offer programs designed to meet the specific needs of the women, including trauma counseling, physical activities, and support for reintegration into society. We are also developing vocational training programs such as tailoring, hairdressing, and gardening.
